In his bar, Holy Water in WeHo, I shared a story that’s stayed with me since childhood—one my grandfather told me about the Vedda people of Sri Lanka and their mysterious rituals. Here, I enjoy one of his signature cocktails (Origen Holistic Spirits) while recreating this effect.
